Over the past three years, more than 500 nonprofits have participated in a Mission Triangle workshop. Each year, we walk alongside more than 250 organizations at different stages of their journey. For some, that journey goes deeper.
Community Pillars is a community of Christian-led nonprofits committed to investing in the health of their organizations so their missions can thrive for years to come.

A growing mission can be a lot to carry.
But you don't have to carry it alone.
As your nonprofit grows, there are more people to lead. More resources to steward. More funds to raise. What begins as an idea can grow into something bigger than you imagined, and with that growth comes added weight for even the most passionate leaders and organizations.
As a calling takes shape and a mission grows, so does the responsibility of stewarding it well.
That's why growing nonprofits need to keep investing in organizational health and in the community that helps them grow stronger.
Community Pillars consists of 20 Christian nonprofit leaders committed to building stronger organizations, so they can expand their Kingdom impact.
They have made a 2-year commitment to investing in leadership, sustainability, organizational health, and community.
